New in Milan, w a lot of ideas (but i'd need help)

Ciao Everybody,
I just moved in Milan after 4 yeras spent in Dubai and I would need a, let's say, welcome kit to understand how to enjoy the city.

Unfortunately i dont have internet at home yet, and it is a bit difficult to surf on the net with the small smartphone i got. :(

I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is a gym associated to Les Mills because i'm addicted to Body Pump and Body Combat classes; if anyone is interested in going to SanSiro stadium (i support Juventus but any match would be fine); or to see the "ultima cena"painting or other cultural things (i read there is a Modigliani exhibition somewhere).
