paypal (Milan)

dear internations, i have a suggestion, or an opinion that you could introduce paypal as payment method of the albatros membership. for example i am from a short period in milan, and i do not have a bank account or a credit card, but it is easy to make a paypal card which is easily recharged in any tabachi in milan. i would like to become an albatros member, but i do not have a way to pay for it. thank you for your attention
