SELF EMPLOYED VISA (Milan)

Hi everyone,

I am weighing out the options of moving to Italy. I have opened my own freelance business company. I would like to apply for a visa and the embassy stated that I have to submit a Nulla Osta with the application. Does anyone have any previous experience where and how to get that document?

I called the Police Office and no one speaks English there. I am planning to visit Italy next week and I am thinking to go to the COMPETENT ITALIAN QUESTURA in person to get this sorted out.
