Taxation and Social Security Numbers - How/where? (Milan)

Hi everyone!
I am about to apply for a job position in Budapest and I was told I need to get a Taxation number and a Social Security number first.
Does someone now how/where to get them in Budapest? Preferably, in the Buda side.
