teacher of italian (Milan)

Hello everyone!
I am looking for a teacher of Italian, competent to build lessons in methodological and structured way to help me improve my italian. I've been living in Milan for 3 years, so have reached a certain level of language proficiency (in a language school they'd put me in b2 class), but still feel uncomfortable with some grammar topics, and my writing is really bad. I expect the teacher to identify the topics we need to work on (opposed to asking 'so what do you want to study today?' Or just chatting for 2 hours without any scope) and to prepare the lessons accordingly.

Hope someone can recommend a good teacher to me.

Thanks,
Kate
