visiting MIlan in May with 3 gilrfriends (Milan)

Hello everyone,

We are planning to come 7.5.-11.5 to Milan for long weekend with my 3 girl friends

Do you have any suggestions where to stay (city centre or outside), what to see or visit (day and night) or would anyone want to meet up with us for a drink or show us around?We were also thinking maybe about making a trip to Lago di Garda, Verona...
Any other places worth visiting?
