where is a good convenient area to live (Milan)

Hello everyone,
I am about to be be transferred to Milan by work sometimes around June-July.
My office will be in an area called SULBIATE.
I was thinking where would be a good area in a convenient distance to work and public transport and also not too far from Milan City for me to start looking to rent a one bedroom accommodation?

I'd appreciate it if you can help and give me some insights.

I don't know Italian either and i don't know how it works out over there if i want to start there?
