Bel State Uni or Ling Univ of Minsk for Russian?

I'm Colombian and I will be going to Minsk for three months next year and I'm still wondering which of these two places would be better to take my Russian classes.
Can anyone talk to me of their experiences or what they know about Russian classes at these two universities?
