Difficult to Work in Belarus? (Minsk)

I'm a 32 year old American who is curious about coming to work in Belarus.
Belarus is the only country in Europe I haven't been to yet.
I know the hockey Championships were this past summer and it was visa free to visit (sadly I missed that chance) but was curious how difficult is it to come to work in Belarus?

I'm open to just about anything as long as I can experience the life there.

I used to teach English for 4 years in Taiwan.
I have a degree in Business Global Management.

My dad is Swedish Norwegian and my mom is Polish.
