Info for housing(and offices) in Monrovia

Hi everyone,
My name is Dervla and I work for the Wild Chimpanzee Foundation and am based in Abidjan in Ivory Coast, where i first heard of internations this year my work is going to be bringing me more and more to Monrovia and so we are looking into the possibility of finding a 2 bedroom a apartment to rent in Monrovia to use as a base when either myself of my colleagues are here for work, which we could also use as an office. I was wondering if any of you could point me in the right direction of where i should be looking? what areas. and how i could go about it. I am here for a week at the moment and would be interested in already seeing what's available. Also an maybe most importantly, we would not have a huge budget, but i have no idea what rent is like in Monrovia, but if you could give me an idea of what i could get for such and such a price, that would be great!
