Liberia in December (Monrovia)

Hello All!
I'll be in Liberia for the holidays next month for 3 weeks. Can anyone recommend any fun activities to do/places to visit (ie. waterfalls, zoos etc etc). I've actually been to Liberia several times before but did not do much other than go to the beach, eat out and party. Any ideas would help. Thanks.
