if you had 4 days to live... (Monterrey)

In Monterrey Mexico, what would do?
The question does not imply anything about the actual term of your life.
I will be in the beautiful city of Monterrey (first time) for about 4 days, and the purpose of my visit is to identify how Monterrey fits me.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you have.
Advice is great, but ultimately it's subjective (my humble opinion) so please tell me what to do, and I'll form my own little opinions.
Nothing is off limits. I am scared of dinosaurs, and I don't really like the texture of jello.
