Relocation advice (Monterrey)

Hi all, my name is Nick and I'm currently in the process of seeking work connections in Monterrey. I'm based in the UK with my wife who was born and lived in Monterrey until 5 years ago, after a recent trip to see her family we've decided to relocate.
I've been involved in the banking industry for the past 11 years covering a variety of roles from customer service manager to back office trading analyst. Does anybody who may of been in a similar situation to myself have any advice on my best course of action? Can anyone recommend either ways to contact head hunters in monterrey or recruitment agencies?
