Authentic Japanese Food has arrived (Montevideo)

Some of the local InterNations members have already heard that real Japanese cuisine is coming to Montevideo! My husband - Kazuo Ito, Japanese trained sushi master - and me focusing on Japanese style noodles called Udon have started our catering business in Punta Carretas since yesterday.
