Hotel/bike hire (Montevideo)

Hi there, I will be in Montevideo from Aug 18-Aug 22 and am looking for a recommendations for a good, cheap hotel (maybe around $80 a night per room) or an apartment for 4 nights for Protected content .
I'm also looking for a place to hire bicycles.
My first time in Montevideo so any advice would be very welcome,
