preparation for eventual relocating (Montevideo)

hello everybody

I'm preparing a first trip to Montevideo with my wife. We are SERIOUSLY considering to relocate (at least partially) to Uruguay and will therefore spend one month - on purpose during winter! - in the Capital

I'd love to get into touch with people who live in Montevideo and if anybody has the patience to write to me, I'd be most grateful

we will have to "learn" everything again from the beginning... :-) you know the hassle...
