What else do I need to bring cat into Uruguay? (Montevideo)

Greetings everyone. I will be moving to Uruguay next month and the most difficult part seems to be getting everything in order for my cat to come with me. So far I have figured out that I need a USDA health certificate with rabies shot. Is there anything else They will look for when flying, or arriving in Uruguay? Is there anything special I need to do? Can I put food or water in his cage? He will be in the crate for roughly 24 hours so I am certain he will need water at some point. Any tips or useful information would be greatly appreciated!
