Local Realtor willing to show apts sale in October (Montpellier)

Bonjour my husband and I will be staying in Montpellier for a week in October and would love to get a little more familiar with the center of town and what some apartment options are in the area. I would like to look at just a few to get an idea. We are in the market to buy something in three to five years and i am in my homework phase. While English is our primary language i love the French language and practice it everyday, so for us to meet someone who is ok with our non perfect , French would be a plus.
