Hello, My husband and I are coming to France in December and staying a year. We are not planning to work while we are there and thus going to apply for a long term visa. As many know, we must provide a lease as proof that we have a home/apartment secure for this time. The good news is that we found a place that would rent to us for a year but says they can only provide us a contract 'location saisonniere' stating that we will be there for a year instead of a "bail de location". Do you think there will be any difficulty obtaining our visa with this document? It sounds like a legal document confirming our year of residence.
