German moving with motorcycle from US to CA (Montréal)

Hello Expats,

I am a German expat who currently works in Denver, Colorado. My next expat assignment will bring me to Montreal, Quebec (June Protected content which I plan to move back to Germany 2 years later. Everything should be fairly straight forward but I do have a question in regards to my motorcycle which I bought in the US and want to bring to CA. The motorcycle should not be imported in a way which would mean that it would finally remain in Canada but rather operated until I move back to Germany. The MC has a legal US title and I paid my sales tax for Protected content .

My Question is:
1: What are the implication in regards to tax duties and fees in order to operate the MC in CA?
2: Will I get my US sales tax back for the remainder of the year after importing the bike to CA?
3: Do you know a good resource (consultant, relocation experts, web pages) which would help in my case?
