Japanese and English speaking Customer Support Age (Montréal)



This is a full-time position (40h/week) that requires you to be available at all time. We want to fill the position as soon as possible!

In this role, you will be:
- Protected content tickets with questions and comments regarding the game by email, chat and phone
- Protected content gamers with their account issues
- Protected content or reviewing various text
- Protected content the developpers by forwarding them important information from the issues you handle with gamers
- Protected content client questions in a respectful and professional manner
- Protected content the compagny's quality standards and ensuring that tickets are treated in a timely manner
