Leasing a car (Montréal)

Hi, we are moving out to Point Claire next month and have just secured a house and school. Me and my wife just got back from Montreal yesterday and love the place!
My next question is how do you go about leasing a new car when you have to start your credit history from scratch?
I've emailed a couple of dealers but had no replies as of yet.
Has anyone went through this situation and have any tips or advice?
We are opening bank accounts and getting social security numbers sorted next month. And a three year work visa too.
