The living room is warm and inviting, with TV and DVD player, and a door leading to the front balcony. The bedroom is a good size and there is also a queen size air mattress for the living room, so the apartment can potentially sleep 4.

This apartment, ideally located for your stay in Montreal, is in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal one block from the intersection of two lively streets, Mont-Royal av and St Laurent Blvd, where you can find fabulous restos, bistros, vintage stores, bars, cafes, cheese shops, fresh bread, SAQ for buying wines and liquor, chocolatiers and more... all within seconds of the apartment.
You'll be minutes away from St. Denis, another great street for people-watching as you enjoy a coffee or beer on one of its terraces, and Protected content walking distance to Laurier, Fairmount, St-Viateur, Bernard Street, Park Avenue, and the Mountain (Mont Royal). Walk a little further and enjoy Parc LaFontaine, Little Italy, Jean Talon market, and Outremont.
Mount Royal metro station on the Orange line is 8 blocks away that takes you to Old-Montreal in 7 minutes, McGill and other parts of Downtown in Protected content , the June Grandprix F1 racing track in 10 minutes. Rosemont Metro is also very close, as is St-Hubert Plaza shopping complex with its glass canopy.
There are also buses on St-Laurent and St-Urbain and several Bixi stands within a two-block radius.
The airport is a Protected content cab ride away, depending on traffic.
