Car Leasing/Rental (Moscow)

Hi,

I've got a driver, but he's not always available (day off, sick leave etc), so I'm looking to rent a second car for short trips (food shopping, gym).
A little one (mini or similar) should do it.

Are there any leasing companies? Would start with 6/12 months rental.

How does it work for expats for insurance/driving license (got Italian/UK driving license)
