Climbing? (Moscow)

Hello,
I am a climber just starting out looking for someone to 'show me the ropes' (excuse the pun!) I have been bouldering here at a gym for a few months and before that in England but don't feel like I am improving as need a bit of guidance, want to try out rope climbing too so if anyone fancies going climbing/giving me some tips I would really appreciate it!
