Crossfit Club Moscow

We are glad to invite you to our new crossfit club Soyuz , 10 minutes from metro Perovo ( thats east of Moscow )

We have
1. crossfit trainings
2. weightlifting training
3. trampolines
4. gymnastic
5. trainings with ropes
6. crosslifting

We have sauna . In new year Protected content January we make two specialized trainings per day + seminars + pizza party + games and small competitions. It will be fun. Come !!

I personnaly start to work there from New Year as sales and promotion specialist and promise to improve their English level ( the trainers actually speak but not so fluently now so I will support them if you join tarinings. One more reason to go for training myself) .
