Farmers Markets and Fresh Produce Survey (Moscow)

Hi all,

I am doing some project work related to fresh/organic produce and farmers markets I need your help, I hope you don't mind. I am a food fanatic and my father is a farmer so I am a bit biased on the question :) This is why I need your help.
I am trying to figure out if expats in Moscow would be

A- interested in quality fresh farm produce (fruit,veg, dairy, meat, traceable origins etc)?

B- prepared meals from quality farm produce?

C- 'local' artisanal beers and alcohol?

D- buying in store or getting delivered straight to your homes?

E- a service all in English run by an expat or is this not important?

F- ordering through the internet or by phone?
