gym nearish krylatskoe (or anywhere) (Moscow)

hi, I've been in moscow for almost 2 weeks now and i am itching to get to a gym. I've tried to google but never find anything i can understand. Really i just need some decent weight machines, maybe some boxing equipment. I don't need a fancy gym, or pool, even no shower isn't a deal breaker for me, but i would like it to be clean, and woman friendly but if this means having to go to a big fancy gym then it is what it is. Any suggestions/thoughts are very welcome as I'm eager to get going.
