help for visa for phillipinese lady (Moscow)

Please, if someone has some infos or can give me help about renewing a visa of my philipinese cleaning lady I ll truly appreciate!
She has been stolen from a false agency which got her money and document and know she will probably have to go back to hometown, it is unbelivable how dishonest people exploit these persons.
Any help or advice will be welcome!
