I am researching bulding an indoor fish farm in Mo (Moscow)

Hello Everybody I am new to Moscow and to InterNations. I am in the research mode to build a Sustainable Indoor Fish Farm in the Moscow area. I just want to know if anybody else is interested.
My business plan will be for an indoor farm using an abandoned factory or warehouse. To bring high quality fish to market. The Fish waste water will be 100% re-circulated to grow Duckweed to remove waste from the water and to grow high protein food for the fish.

I intend for this to be a closed loop system with the focus on quality. Adding little more than fish fry and electricity for lights and pumps. Later as this project gains experience it will expand into hydroponic and Aeroponic vegetable production. All for the local 4 Star and 5 Star market.
