I Need Russian SIM card for Moscow (+internet)

Hey Muscovites!
I'll be in Moscow next week for a week and need to get a SIM card for mobile telephone and, if possible, one that you can use to surf with on my mobile as well (roaming is just so ridiculously expensive-this will be my 10th sim card ;-).
Looking for some good suggestion on trouble free providers.
