Overview / Your Responsibilities

You will be given warm leads and it will be up to you to call and educate the prospects about our CRM solution.
Our prospects are expecting us to call so this is not a sales position where you have to convince them to stay on the phone with you.
They are waiting for you to call and educate them about amoCRM so they can decide if this will be a good fit.
Set up a day and time for the demo for yourself and your team members.
Execute demo's with prospects
Follow-up via email and phone until the prospect is ready to buy and becomes a happy customer.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and hungry to learn and teach our process to newcomers.
We are expanding at a rapid pace and have clients worldwide. Therefore we need someone who is hungry for success and ready to battle.
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
We can teach you all of the in's and out's of our CRM solution, BUT you HAVE to know how to communicate ideas properly. (in-house training provided, from day 1)
You need to be able to be autonomous and responsible for your own actions.
A must is to have excellent time-management skills.
It's mandatory to have excellent English written and verbal skills.
Must be available full time.
You'll need to be available between 14: Protected content h MSK time.
Compensation

The position starts with a base salary of 30.000 RUB and it is open for growth.
You will be provided with a commission bonus plan each month.
We are expanding at a steady pace and you will have plenty of room to grow from within.
