Luch statue - I'm going crazy (Moscow)

I am sure that many of you here have been to Luch for pre-party drinks. Near the coat check is the statue of a 4 armed Rabbit Faced person with guns. I am POSITIVE this is the character from some video game or movie or TV show. I'm going crazy trying to think of where its from. I've spent hours already looking through Wikipedia, google, etc. Is this bunny character familiar to anyone!!!??? Please save my poor brain. :)
