Moscva City Center: how is to work there? (Moscow)

Greetings everyone,

Does anyone here have an office at the Moscva-City Business Centre? If so, how is it to work there? I am currently looking for a new office space and am thinking to rent an office there. However, I am faced with a HUGE resistance from the local employees and I don't understand why... Is it THAT bad to work there???
What do you all think? Could you please share your experiences with me?
