Move to Moscow?

Hi, I currently live in Istanbul with 2 kids under age of 5. My husband has been offered the opportunity to work in Moscow and now it's decision making time. We will have a good expat package so accommodation allowance will not be an issue and kids will go to the French school. Want can you say about life in Moscow that would make me want to go/not go there? We lived in Prague before so we know a little about cold winters.....
I must add as well that I would like to return to work (HR communication) after a 3 year career break. Any input would be appreciated. Thnanks
