Moving to Moscow

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'll be relocated to Moscow's Presnensky District by the new year and I'd like to know if anyone can suggest a good place that gives Russian classes, most likely after 7 pm, as well as information about the tango community of Moscow. How can I get in touch with them if there is one?

Finally, I'd be glad if you can enlighten me about the transportation around the city. Is it a 24/7 service or stops after 12 am?
