Nanny support or day nurseries (Moscow)

Hello, newbie here! I'm moving to Moscow at the end of March with my husband and 3 year old son. I need t get him into a good day nursery. What hours do they operate? Any recommendations?
I would also consider a part time nanny if I can get him into a good school in September
