Need Advice as an English Teacher (Moscow)

Hi. I just got a job offer. I am expected to be in Russia this late August. I will be working as an English teacher, 96 hours per month/10 months contract. Salary is 35,000 rubles with free shared accommodation. I would like to ask if the stated salary is ok. Can i have a monthly saving for this? How about the living standard there. Also, What are the things I need to ask/know before accepting the contract. Would love to hear from you guys. Thanks
