Need to get a Russian driver licence (Moscow)

Here's the situation: I am looking for a Russian contact who can facilitate/organise the theory and practice tests for a Russian driver licence.

I don't have (nor have ever had) a licence. However, I wok here full time and do not have any other options. I have been in Moscow 3 years so I have country awareness (pls no advice on how dangerous or going back to Europe to obtain it)

I am simply looking for a contact who is aware of the practices and requirements for foreigners and able to take care of the procedures.
