Prescription Medication and Moscow Clinics

Hello all :)

Currently in Yaroslavl and urgently need to get hold of some codeine or similar-I have a bad neurological condition and would normally get it on prescription in the UK, but have none with me here. There is absolutely nowhere here that stocks it, and I was wondering if one of the Western Clinics in Moscow might be able to help me out?
Can you just ring up and explain the situation, get an appointment and hopefully medication prescribed? And any idea of how much (without insurance footing the costs) this would cost me?
Or in fact any experience of these clinics at all would be helpful!
