Russian Teacher in moscow and flat (Moscow)

Hello,
I just arrived in moscow and I am looking for a russian teacher to come to the office early in the morning. i tried to ask my colleagues but none was able to help.

In Addition i am looking for a flat for me and my wife close to center with a budget of around € Protected content .

Is there anybody who can help me for these two issues?
