The office of OOO “OMNINET” is located in Moscow at Smolensky Passage. OOO “OMNINET” covers the Russian and CIS market and distributes the OMNITRACKER software via an established Partner Channel of known system integrators.
To strengthen our Moscow-team, we are looking for a motivated commercial assistant who can assist directly the General Director.
OMNINET offer you a future perspective!
- Back office functions (50%):
Protected content creations (new customers) & Maintenance renewals (existing customers);
-Monthly invoicing (receivables & payables);
- Credit & Collection;
- Administration (post, bank, letters, etc.);
-Sales functions (20%):
- Call leads & arrange demo’s (need to understand our SW for this, this might be difficult);
- Assistance in replying to tenders;
- Create Quotations;
- Assist in organizing fairs;
- General functions (30%):
- Booking flights, hotels, etc;
- Expense follow;
- Event organization;
- General Assistance to the General Director
- Permanent employment,
- You speak very good English
- Good administration, good overview, task list experienced;
- Word & Excel & Outlook;
- Knowledge of “1C” is a plus
- Strong interest for IT, specifically software oriented;
- Intelligent & good memory & eager to learn;
