Sales Manager Lubricants, Moscow (Russia)

Our Client currently requires a Sales Manager Lubricants to help company to realize the ambition to sustain the growth and to continue to offer a high quality services wherever client are.

Our Client is a worldwide export company that benefits from a solid track record and unrivalled 40 years expertise in export activities across the globe.They are growing rapidly internationally and took decision to approach the Russian market in response to the increasing demand in the region and therefore require a Sales Manager to assume responsibility for increasing awareness of promoted new lubricants brand.

The Sales Manager Lubricants will be responsible for growing our Client’s portfolio and overall profitable growth with existing lubricants marketers in Russia. Responsible for the lubricants P&L associated with Russia (mainly Moscow and Moscow region for the beginning) being managed. Primary focus of the role is looking for ways to expand business relationships with lubricants marketers (specialized distributors and direct sales), utilize value based selling techniques to drive profitable growth, provide coaching and mentoring to marketer sales people and work closely with them to develop new business with a focus on sales pipeline opportunities on all areas of the sales process the marketer sales people execute locally. With guidance from the Head of Equipment & Spare Parts Departments, manages the pricing strategy for the sales area with a focus on achieving profitable growth.


Higher education. Preferred qualification: mechanical engineer or Sales & Marketing;
Fluent command of English (written & spoken), knowledge of French would be an asset, Russian fluent;
Solid lubricants marketing & technical knowledge;
At least 5 years of proven successful sales experience in a similar position within a first class lubricants distributor or a producer;
Having an existing portfolio of customers in construction, mining, transport, industries, Marine is essential;
Proven experience and understanding the specificity of lubricants or other fuel products sales, specifically targeting the Industry and Mining segments;
Experience of work with key accounts and brokering high value sales contracts are essential;
Good understanding of an attractive and advantageous marketing and promotion;
Good sense and experience in attraction of new Clients;
Experience of conducting negotiations;
Good analytical and numeracy skills;
Good awareness of Quality & HSSE;
Driving license category B.
