Start a new life - is it possible? (Moscow)

Hello everybody. Please kindly recommend me how to start my life from the beginning? If you are close to 40, disappointed in your job and want to change your way of life, it looks not so easy, moreover if you have 2 children to care of them. But really I cannot live like before, to have a boring accounting work that I did many years. I am active and full of energy, I need more space, I like to contact with people, to travel, to discover new cultures and places, to do nice things that make people happy and their life better. I am single and free, openminded and flexible. At the moment I am out of matrix, staying on start line and don't know what to do. I hope not too late? If you have any suggestions and offers, please share with me, I will be very glad.
