Superior Service in Moscow

It seems that we do not applaud superior service enough when it occurs, either here, or in our home countries.

On Sunday, I wanted to buy some crystal. Since it was an unexpected purchase, I did not have enough cash with me. The fellow said no problem. Take the items with you and just pay me when you are in the area again.

I was impressed. No money down. Just trust that I would come back and pay him.

In the end, I asked him to put the product aside for me and that I would return next week and pay for it and take home the product.
