To meet new friends in the office neigbourhood (Moscow)

Hi!
I moved to Moscow half a year ago, but still don't have many friends here - spend too much time at work as it always happens in the beginning.
I thought that there might be someone like me just around. I used this trick once in the country I lived before and it worked - is there anyone who works in 4 winds plaza or near by? We could have a lunch together :)
