Tomorrow, 3.08 Yoga in English and Spanish (Moscow)

⠀ 🤘🏻 ¡Nos vemos mañana, en sábado, 3.08 para clases de yoga en inglés a las 17.00 y español a las 15.30!
⠀🌾El tema de la lección es "Poder para la vida": trabajaremos profundamente con los músculos estabilizadores de los brazos y las piernas en asanas de pie.
⠀🌬Si está a menos de 18 grados /lluvia cambiamos techo al espacio de la pequeña sala. Toda la navegación va a esperarte dentro del edificio.
