Too dull or not too dull? (Moscow)

I'm new in town and after reading through a few of threads I was just wondering if theres any people about who aren't dull?

And if so, where do you drink?

The kind of people who know the difference between when something is offensive and when it isn't?

The kind of people who know how to laugh? and drink? and cuddle?

The kind of people who like to voice strong opinions? And who understand we live in a world of infinite possibility?

The kind of people who's precious little egos don't bruised just coz some bloke has a strong opinion that doesn't coincide with theirs?

I know there must be, but for the love of god you're getting thin on the ground.

...And once more, where do you drink?
