We’re conducting a mystery shopping program on behalf of a world famous car manufacturer and are investigating price settings and given discounts at the own brand but also at the competitors.
Assignment: It entails visiting a few car-brand showrooms, as this is a circuit scheduling shop. For example you will be visiting Audi for an R8, BMW for a 640i coupé, Mercedes for a SL400 roadster and Porsche for a 911.
IMPORTANT: You need to own a car in the SAME SEGMENT OR ONE SEGMENT BELLOW. You will have to do 2 visits per brand: - 1st visit as an initial contact and to get a price - 2nd visit to ask for a discount.
Language of the mystery visit: - The mystery visit must be performed in Russian and the questionnaire must be completed in English.
