Visiting Moscow in late may / begining of June

I am visiting Moscow with my friend Felix from Panama and I would like to know if there are some English and Spanish speakers willng to share your time and taking us to your best locations, preferred coffee place and latin dance at night.
If you can give us advice about where to stay, food, currency, culture, etc.
We want to travel to another city besides St Petersburg and right now the plan is on the works, so I will appreciatte your suggestions.
We will be traveling there only for about 10 days and then we will go to Ukraine for another 5 days.
